You can find information about the rules and what constitutes as worthy purpose at the Danish corona/covid-19 website: Persons resident in countries outside of Denmark (coronasmitte.dk)

NB! As of February 7, 2021 the Danish government has introduced new requirements including mandatory testing and isolation upon arrival in Denmark. The requirements will remain in place until further notice. Please find more information at coronasmitte.dk
