Culture, Press and Public Diplomacy

Within the areas of Culture, Press and Public Diplomacy, the Consulate General of Denmark in New York works  across 21 East Coast states as well as two territories: the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

We work to inform the American public about Denmark and Danish culture and counsel both Danish and US artists and cultural organizations in regards to specific collaboration projects.

We assist US media with their inquiries about Denmark and service Danish journalists in the US. We share stories about Danish culture, values and strongholds such as sustainability and healthcare,
