The Departments of Culture, Press and Public Diplomacy work to disseminate knowledge about Denmark across 21 East Coast states as well as two territories: the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

The departments work to inform the American public about Denmark and Danish culture  and counsel both Danish and American media, artists and cultural organizations.

They work closely together with cultural operators and institutions, partnering around events and facilitating individual projects.

At the same time, the Press office assists American journalists and media with their inquiries about Denmark and services Danish journalists in the US.

Sign up for our 'Denmark in New York' newsletter to get monthly updates on cultural all things Danish happening in and around New York City.
