The MIT List Visual Arts Center presents the first major U.S. museum exhibition surveying the work of Danish-born, artist Joachim Koester. Koester’s work explores history, consciousness and the body through photography and film bordering between documentary and fiction.
The artist’s interest lies in what can and cannot be narrated, rationalized, or represented, “the twilight zone of what can be told and what cannot be told.”
